Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. New clients are required to complete all intake and consent forms prior to their appointment to ensure we have the necessary information to provide safe, personalized care. We kindly ask that you arrive 5โ€“10 minutes early to allow time to get settled before your treatment begins.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice may be accommodated without a fee, subject to availability. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment within the remaining scheduled time. To respect the appointments of other clients, your treatment may need to be shortened, and the full service fee will still apply. In some cases, excessively late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

Refund Policy
All services, packages, gift cards, and prepaid treatments are final sale and non-refundable.

Retail Product Policy
All retail product purchases are final sale. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Heartspace within seven days of purchase so we can assess the issue and provide a replacement or exchange where appropriate.

Consultation & Treatment Policy
Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation to assess your skin and discuss your concerns and goals. Treatment recommendations are made based on your individual needs, and services may be modified, postponed, or declined if they are not considered appropriate or safe at the time of your appointment.

Medical Disclosure Policy
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy, and any recent treatments or procedures. This information is essential to ensuring treatments are performed safely and effectively.

Children & Guests Policy
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that appointments be attended alone unless a support person is required.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during booking, consultations, and treatments is kept confidential and used solely to provide your care and communicate regarding your appointments. Before-and-after photographs will only be used for educational or marketing purposes with your written consent.

Consent to Treatment
By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate medical information, understand the nature of your treatment, and agree to proceed with the recommended service. You also acknowledge that treatment outcomes vary and agree to follow all recommended aftercare instructions to support the best possible results.

Results Disclaimer
Every clientโ€™s skin is unique, and individual results will vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Consistency with professional treatments and home care recommendations provides the best opportunity for healthy, long-term skin results.

Right to Refuse Service
Heartspace reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is determined that a service is not in the clientโ€™s best interest, if contraindications are present, or in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.
